THE SPACE
Introduction
TiLab provides UIC faculty, students, and staff and local entrepreneurs access to fully functional lab and work space.
Our 12,000-square-foot facility is located in the Illinois Medical District and features both wet and dry laboratory space, including common lab equipment for life sciences research. We offer collaborative co-working space and office space. Access to conference rooms, break rooms, and a shared kitchen is also provided.

- EHS training and compliance for all lab users
- Maintenance of shared equipment and technical support
- Cleaning and waste removal
- Maintenance of equipment and technical support
- Access to the UIC Library and research resources such as the Resource Research Center, the Biologic Resource Lab, and Nanotechnology Core Facility
